ANTIGENIC ACTIVITY OF VACCINE AGAINST INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN PIGS AT THE ADDITION OF ADJUVANT TO THEIR COMPOSITION

In the experiments on laboratory animals the authors made the comparative assessment of the influence of different adjuvant’s types on antigenic activity of vaccine preparations against infectious diseases in pigs. It was shown, that the most effectiveness belongs to immunosols, which produce the bigger amount of specific antibodies to viral and bacterial vaccine components than oil adjuvant and aluminum hydrate.
